Email is Tummel's official support channel. Include the email connected to your account and a short description of what you need, but never send a password or full payment-card number.
Email support
Send account, product, billing, privacy, safety, or copyright questions to support@tummelai.com.
For a privacy request, use the subject "Privacy request" and say whether you want access, correction, export, or deletion. We may ask you to verify control of the account email before disclosing or deleting information.
Subscription cancellation
You do not need to email us to cancel. Sign in, open Settings, choose Manage billing, and confirm cancellation in Stripe's Billing Portal. You can also follow the cancellation instructions.
Security
If you believe an account or Tummel system is at risk, put "Security" in the subject and avoid including exploit details in a public post. Do not access another person's data or disrupt the Service while investigating an issue.
